A graduate of the Catholic University in Washington D.C., Center for Legal Studies, Claudia worked as a paralegal for the State of Virginia, Office of the Commonweatlth Attorney before accepting a position as a bilingual meeting planner for a Latin American Investment Firm. Furthering her career as a professional meeting planner she went on to work for 2 large fortune 500 companies; a position she kept until 2005 when she took her corporate skills to the social world. Today she draws from her past, and brings a corporate precision to the art of wedding planning that ensures for a well executed event.

Claudia authors the modern day view point etiquette blog, Strive to be Gracious, appears as contributing author on etiquette for MyWedding.com, Elegala.com and served as the editor for LuxuriousWeddingEtiquette.com.

She is trained and certified through the Emily Post Institute on Wedding Etiquette for Brides and Professionals, is a former member of the International Special Events Society, Washington, DC Chapter, an active participate with the Association of Bridal Consultants and the National Association of Catering Executives.
